Item Received in Damaged Condition / Defective/ Wrong Item Delivered:
If you have received damaged product or the wrong item, please mail us with the images of the product received at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for return within 48 hrs of delivery. Our Customer Support will confirm the return request and issue an Authorization number. Resolution could be in the form of Replacement or Refund. Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. In case the product is out of stock, you will receive a Refund. Refund is for the entire amount paid by you, including shipping charges, against the original receipt.
Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.
